Do you know any women under the age of 30 who are unemployed, facing barriers getting into employment or who are just struggling to get on the job ladder? If so, this might be the programme for them!
This next cohort, starting mid May, will be a female only cohort. Strawberry Field will be delivering the employability skills side of the course and The Women’s Organisation will be delivering all things around personal development.
Participants on the course will be supported for up to 18 months by a work coach, where they will be supported through up to three 12 week work placements and have access to one to one support during and following the course.
