This free workshop will teach staff and volunteers how to use the Turn2us Benefits Calculator, Grants Search tool and website to support people in financial hardship. If you are a staff member or volunteer offering frontline advice, support or information to people in financial need, join in to learn how to use:
- Turn2us Benefits Calculator
- Grants Search tool
- Turn2us website to access other information, including how Universal Credit might affect your service users
With these easy-to-use web tools, you will be able to help people access benefits, grants and other forms of financial help.
Places are free for charities working with people in financial need. Some charging may occur for local authorities, housing associations or commercial organisations.
