Turn2us runs a programme of workshops through which front-line staff and volunteers are taught how to use the Turn2us tools and services to support people in financial hardship. If you are a staff member or volunteer offering frontline advice, support or information to people in financial need, join in for this free workshop and learn how to use:
- The Turn2us Benefits Calculator
- The Grants Search tool
- Our website to access other information including how Universal Credit might affect your service users
With these easy-to-use web tools you will be able to help people access benefits, grants and other forms of financial help.
Places are free for charities working with people in financial need. Some charging may occur for local authorities, housing associations or commercial organisations. For more information, email training@turn2us.org.uk.
