In this half-day workshop we will look at how you work with your volunteers, including:
- Difference between employees and volunteers
- What safeguarding requirements needs to be in place
- How equalities legislation impacts on volunteering
- How new legislation such as the new immigration bill could affect your existing and future volunteers
