Triple C Liverpool – Operations Manager

Contract: Temporary funded for 3 years.
Term: Part time.
Salary: £21,600 – £22,400 (for 30 hours per week. Pro rata for 25 hours). Dependent on experience.
Hours per week: 25 – 30 hours (to be agreed).
Reporting to: Chair of Trustees.
Location: Liverpool 11.

Employer Bio

Triple C (Liverpool) began life as the Three Churches Community Project, with a vision to develop social action and community engagement, led by the three Anglican churches in Liverpool 11.

Since then, they’ve developed into well established charity, with a small team of part time staff who support many volunteers across their project areas. Nearly 20 years on, they’re living out the vision of their founders and make a difference especially in Croxteth and Norris Green.

Trustees are appointed by invitation and a key criteria for their recruitment is an interest in, and knowledge of, the communities of Norris Green and Croxteth. Many of their trustees live in Liverpool 11, with others coming in from further afield, offering their skills and experience to boost their charity’s capacity. Together, they’re deeply committed to their charitable aims and values.

Job Overview

They’re looking for somebody with relevant experience and skills, who is passionate about churches making a difference in their communities. They primarily serve the people of Liverpool 11. They are looking for the right person to work with their trustees, staff and volunteers to lead their charity into the next chapter of their story. The post is funded for three years.
