Vauxhall Community Law & Information Centre – Volunteer Coordinator

Contract: 12 months with future funding being sought.
Term: Full-Time.
Salary: LA Payscale 5/6 £24,439 – £29,439 p.a. +5% Pension Contribution.
Hours per week: 35 hours.
Reporting to: Senior Solicitor.
Location: Office based working in Vauxhall, Liverpool.

Vauxhall Community Law and Information Centre provides access to justice on a range of social welfare issues. Established in 1973, they support sick and disabled people, those affected by the cut to Universal Credit including people working in the gig economy and on a zero hours contract. Job Description

They are seeking an experienced volunteer coordinator to recruit, manage and maintain relationships with a wide range of volunteers at Vauxhall Law Centre. You will provide regular engagement with volunteers to assist with developing long-term partnerships. You will work as part of a team to develop volunteer roles and opportunities to assist with the organisation’s development and ongoing work. You will manage volunteers in existing and new projects undertaken by Vauxhall Law Centre. You will be based in their office working closely alongside their office manager and development team. You will liaise closely with their partners.
