The Vauxhall Community Law & Information Centre is a Law Centre operating across the Liverpool City Region. They celebrated their 50th birthday this year. They provide advice and support to people who are vulnerable and need support navigating the law around benefits and housing.
Job Summary
They are now seeking to recruit two additional Welfare Rights Caseworkers to work with older people in our community, especially those who may be sick, disabled or belong to other vulnerable groups of people. Providing advice and support on income maximisation and benefits such as Attendance Allowance, Universal Credit etc.
The candidate for this position must possess extensive knowledge and experience in providing competent and accurate advice on welfare benefits within an advice centre.
