Africa Oyé is recruiting Oyé Reps – volunteers for the 2018 festival. Each year, Africa Oyé works hard to keep the festival free of charge, which, as an ever-growing event, is increasingly challenging.
Becoming an Oyé Rep gives you the opportunity to support the festival, by creating positive relations with the audiences. The role of an Oyé Rep is to raise money by collecting donations, selling raffle tickets and handing out information about the festival, all the while engaging with the audience.
You will need to give two hours of your time (or more if you would like) at the festival on Saturday 16 or Sunday 17 June 2018. You will receive a t-shirt, refreshments and be helping the festival to remain free, whilst developing new skills and meeting new people.
You must be 18 or over and able to travel to the site.
