We Are Undefeatable is a physical activity campaign aimed at inspiring individuals with health conditions to be physically active.
The organisation is currently looking for ambassadors, who have a health condition and live in Liverpool, to be part of the campaign.
Do you know anyone who is physically active and living with a health condition?
They are looking for people aged between 40-60 living in Liverpool, open to sharing their story to inspire people with health conditions to be more active.
