Third Sector Connector 

Salary: £13,156 per annum (actual salary based on a £18,418.40 FTE)
Hours: 25 hours per week, initially Monday/Friday, subject to adjustment dependent on service needs

Wirral based charity WIRED are part of a multi-organisational framework that delivers Early Intervention and Prevention Services to vulnerable adults and children across Wirral. Within the Adult element it is a requirement to support service users currently within primary care, secondary care and health and social care provision in Wirral to access community and voluntary based health and wellbeing provision within Wirral in order to facilitate positive outcomes for the service users in relation to their health and well-being.

The role of the third sector connector will be to liaise with Health and Social Care professionals to identify, support and connect vulnerable adults to services and activities in the community that will encourage community support, independence and improved health and wellbeing.

The following skill areas are essential for this role:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Early Intervention and Prevention based services in Wirral
  • Robust knowledge of Wirral community and voluntary sector health and wellbeing sector providers and services available
  • Experience of case management within service provision
  • Experience and use of monitoring and feedback processes

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work-related travel essential.

Payroll Administrator

Salary: £14,820 (FTE £17,290 per annum)
Hours: 30 hours per week

WIRED require an experienced payroll administrator to work within its payroll service based in Wirral. WIRED’s busy payroll department provides Direct Payments Payroll, Managed Budget administration (Social Care Funds) and Small Business Payroll services to a range of clients across the North West.

The successful applicant will be experienced in accurate and timely payroll production in accordance with statutory regulations, a proficient IRIS Payroll Professional operator with strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel and a good communicator with high attention to detail. An aptitude for figures is also essential.
