Community Care Caseworker
Salary: £12.09 per hour
Hours: 17.5 hours per week
Contract: Currently funded to 31 March 2020
Working within the Ask Us Wirral partnership service, you will provide a full casework service to local residents on a range of community care issues.
Basic Advisor
Salary: £10.16 per hour
Hours: 28 hours per week
Contract: Currently funded to 31 March 2020
Working within the Ask Us Wirral partnership service, you will provide initial triage, assessment and frontline information and advice to local residents contacting the service.
Older People Welfare Benefits Advisors
Salary: £12.09 per hour
Hours: 10 hours per week, 14 hours per week and 20 hours per week
Contract: These posts are currently funded to 31 March 2018
Working alongside the Ask Us Wirral service, the advisors will provide support and assistance to local older people to undertake welfare benefit checks to identify entitlement and to provide casework support with the completion of claim forms.
