Wirral Multicultural Organisation Vacancy – Full Time Centre Manager Position

Salary: Up to £35,000 (dependent upon experience)
Hours: 37 hours / five days per week (may consider four days per week -Pro rata salary)

We are seeking a highly driven and dynamic professional to lead a well-established local organisation that exists to advance equality and improve the wellbeing for people from the BAME community.We are looking for a strategic thinker who has prior leadership/ business management experience and sound financial management capability.
The successful post holder will be responsible for working with the WMO Board of Trustees and staff to develop and deliver the organisation’s strategies and plans. This will include proactive management of all related business activities ensuring that Wirral Multicultural Organisation has the funding and profile to be successful in the present climate and to ensure all quality objectives and legislative compliance are achieved.

You must have the requisite skills to effectively run a small charity and lead a small staff team using your expertise, passion and energy to inspire and achieve required change.
WMO is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee. Its purpose is to engage with the local BAME communities to identify and respond to needs, offering a range of professional, inclusive and culturally sensitive services targeting and supporting the most vulnerable members of our community. We provide services and activities that enhance the lives and wellbeing of people from BAME communities and the wider population of Wirral.
