YMCA Together – Night Support Assistants

Contract: Permanent.
Term: Full Time working 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts.
Salary: £10.35ph.
Hours per week: 38.6 hours.
Reporting to: Night Team Leader, Service Manager or On-Call Manager.
Location: They have posts across Liverpool: L8, L7, L3 and L10.

Their Night Support Assistants underpin respectful, high-quality support services to vulnerable, homeless adults with the aim of strengthening independent living.

In your role as Night Support, you will be alongside their service users engaging in activities with them, such as; key working sessions, group discussions, attend meetings and other activities that help empower their residents.

You will be able to build a professional and therapeutic rapport with their residents and help remove barriers using humility.
