City Council conducts SEND training needs analysis

Liverpool City Council is currently responding to a written statement of action relating to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). One of the tasks identified is a review of current workforce development activity, within agencies, around SEND.

The council now wishes to gain an understanding of multi-agency workforce knowledge and confidence levels relating to the SEND agenda.

To this end, Liverpool City Council has developed a simple training needs analysis (TNA) to gauge practitioner’s confidence and skills in key areas.

Please take the time to download and complete this TNA. Gaining a thorough understanding of the needs will enable Liverpool City Council to make accurate commissioning decisions going forward.
