Job Overview

The role of an Impact Officer is to deliver the local grant-making and grant management process, playing a key role in supporting and learning from the children and young people’s sector. It is a case-holding role that takes a relational approach and acts as a key contact point for stakeholders internally, throughout the BBC and externally. The role supports the delivery of BBC Children in Need’s (CiN) Impact Strategy and the wider organisational strategy.

The successful applicant will play a significant role in the North Region (covering Merseyside, the Isle of Man and supporting with South Yorkshire) to meet the aims of the charity. You will be managing a geographical area and grant portfolio, working with local and national stakeholders to facilitate the development and delivery of solutions for change for children and young people.
