Imagine Vacancy: Fundraising and Communications Internship

Salary: £14,662.50 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week;

Contract: 12 months fixed term

1 post based in Liverpool Ref: 17/22

1 post based in London Ref: 17/23

Imagine is a charity focusing on evolving and delivering services that improve the mental and physical health of people facing challenges in life. Working across the North West of England and London, it provides personalised support to maximise independence. The charity has a track record for innovation and provide services to people who need support with life skills, housing, empowerment and social inclusion.

The role of the interns is to support the development of Imagine’s website and promotional materials; internal communications through newsletters, blogs; external communication through events, social media. In addition, each intern will support one area of fundraising – Liverpool post supporting events and donors and London post identifying trusts and grants, although there may be cross over into the other area.

These are excellent training opportunities for new graduates/or college leavers etc. wishing to pursue a career in fundraising/public relations/media.  The successful post holders will receive training and membership with e.g. the Institute of Fundraising, Chartered Institute of Public Relations, leading to a nationally recognised qualification.
