Location: Mildmay House, 6 Blackburne Place, Liverpool L8 7PQ.

Your job is to help make sure that the residential building, furniture and equipment is kept in good condition principally through planned maintenance and day to day repairs, including cleaning, decoration and plumbing. You will help ensure that all internal and external aspects of the scheme, including the fabric of the building, its furnishings and equipment are clean and well maintained to a high standard and will:

• Detail and work with a planned maintenance programme.
• Identify and act on any repairs that are required.
• Ensure the completion of repairs and maintenance activity personally or via contractors.
• Collect and deliver items locally, including repair materials and furniture.
