Job Summary
Social isolation and loneliness are key issues for our community. The Social Connector will play a vital role within their services team by organising a programme of activities, classes and events within their building and out in the wider community for their service users and volunteers. The role will also link in with the physical and wellbeing activities based in their new Neuro Gym and facilitates their volunteer-staffed befriending service.
