The Women’s Organisation – Engagement & Client Relationship Administrator

Contract: Full-time.
Term: Permanent.
Salary: £20,000 – £22,000.
Hours per week: 37.5 hours.
Days per week: 5 days per week (Monday – Friday).
Reporting to: Lead for Engagement & Client Relationships.
Location: Liverpool, L1 0AB.

  • Do you like being a part of Engagement and Client Relationships team dealing with the administration and information gathering to make an event a success?

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have an approachable and friendly personality, have attention to detail, IT (Microsoft office, outlook emails and calendar), organisational and administrative skills. They are looking for a new team member who can work in a positive and professional manner with their clients and express good understanding of building rapport and creating a welcoming access point to their advice, training, and events.

You will be one of the team to connect with their customer while also making and answering the calls daily. You will be speaking to customers on what they need to provide to register and access advice, training and events.

You will also be providing administrative and team support to the wider Engagement and Client Relationship team, where excellent IT are required, such as working with Outlook emails and calendars, printing and scanning facilities, typing or inputting on spreadsheets. Clerical skills such as record keeping, maintaining existing systems.
