The Women’s Organisation – TheWO Delivery Support Officer

Reporting to: Operations Director.
Salary Scale: £22,000 to £24,000 (dependent upon experience).

The Women’s Organisation is a social enterprise that is the largest developer and deliverer of training and support for women in the UK.  It has been driving the transformation of the business support ecosystem for over a quarter of a century to effectively support women who are starting and growing their own businesses in the Northwest of England, the wider UK and across the globe. They are currently expanding their diverse team.

Is this you?

  • Can you produce accurate work to deadlines, supporting colleagues to deliver their projects in a compliant way?
  • Can you undertake internal monitoring and compliance checks?
  • Are you able to communicate effectively, verbally and through your written work?

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate great communication skills, excellent IT, organisational, administration skills and attention to detail. They are looking for a new team member who can work in a positive and constructive way with team members, wider colleagues, project beneficiaries and key stakeholders at all levels, and bring a well-developed understanding of audit, compliance, supplier and partnership liaison.

You will work closely with colleagues delivering services across a range of projects undertaking monthly data collation, monitoring and compliance checks, particularly in relation to ESIF (European Structural and Investment Funds) and other funded Programmes; compliance support and assist capacity building support for colleagues.

You will work with colleagues to review project delivery quality and assist in sharing good practice and added value for clients. Ensuring projects are delivering to meet both the client and the commissioner’s needs.
